Bokeh is the photographic term attributed to the circular out of focus elements of an image that is generally created when a lens either has mist on it or droplets appear too close to the lens to be correctly focused. Even with abstractly focused imagery such as this the golden orbs of bokeh adopt the golden glow of the sunset acting on the Ocean surface.
