Intentional Camera Movement is an emerging genre within photography. There are no rules. Select a long exposure, ensure it will expose correctly and pick a point of focus for your start point. By pressing the shutter and moving the camera, as violently or as gently as the artist desires results in imagery that allows the mind to wander, and ponder.
