A split water photograph of just one small part of the corral reef inside the lagoon of the iconic island of Bora Bora in French Polynesia. What we don’t see in the composition are the omni present reef sharks which were actually behind me while taking this image. It’s nice to see them but also nice to focus on other aspects of the reefs too. This just appeals to me given it displays exactly what one would expect a healthy reef to be. Topped off with the stunning blue skies of high season in French Polynesia this is an art piece that deserves to be hung in any home belonging to ocean lovers as well as those reminiscing about days spent in the balmy embrace of this unique location.
